- Represented NSW at the 2003 Australian Open Championships where he placed 4th in the 77kg open category
- Represented NSW at the 2004 Australian Open Championships in Tasmania where he placed 6th in the 85kg open category
- Represented NSW at the 2005 Australian Open Championships in Brisbane where he placed 6th in the 85kg open category
